Great review! as you say "low specs" are kinda what is expected of ruggeds as this ruggeds but, well ; and to me thats why this x1 sounds so amazing for what i have been reading ( check out that review: thatagmdude.blogspot.pe/2017/03/RDeen0Xagmx1part1.html ) check this specs: Octa-Core 1.5 GHz, 4GB ram, 64GB mem , two 13 Megapixels cameras and ip68 ( it comes with Lollipop but can be upgraded to 7.0 !) and by the way: Now they are releasing an special GOLD 18k EDITION for the x1 !! check it out!!
