Here are the step you need to follow to get CyanogenMod 12.1 on your Elephone Trunk:
1. Root your Trunk
2. Install TWRP 2.8.7.1 (Using Rashr or Flashify)
3. Copy the cm12.1_11242015_UNOFFICIAL-trunk.zip and the gapps-arm64-signed.zip in your phone memory or SD card.
4. Boot to TWRP (power & vol+)
5. Wipe – Factory reset
6. Install m12.1_11242015_UNOFFICIAL-trunk.zip 

7. Install gapps-arm64-signed.zip

8. Reboot, enjoy!
