This flashtool is the latest which can even flash the 2015 xperia devices. If you don't know about flash tools, note that it can do the following:
You can use it to install Recovery & custom kernels on xperia devices
Flash original sony xperia Images and firmware
Root xperia smartphones
Able to remove bloatwares (sony system apps).
and lots more..........

Note:
This tool can do a lots of functions  but most of these functions will not work on all xperia devices except flashing firmwares or kernels.

DOWNLOAD FLASHTOOL

To flash or upgrade xperia devices with this tool,
Install Sony PC Companion
Download and install flashtool
Download the firmware (.ftf) of the device you want to flash
Copy the .ftf file to this folder C:\Flashtool\frimware
Launch flashtool

Click the Flash icon
Select Flashmode and click OK
Select the firmware of the xperia smartphone you want to flash or upgrade. Make sure its the exact firmware of your device else you will end up hard bricking the device.
Tick Wipe data - Wipe Cache - No final verification
Click OK

Now turn off your device and hold either of the buttons below depending on the device you are flashing and connect it to PC.
HOLD BACK for Xperia ARC (S), NEO (V), PRO, PLAY
HOLD VOLUME DOWN for Xperia ACTIVE, MINI (pro),  RAY, Sola, Walkman, Xperia P, Xperia S, Xperia T, Xperia U, Xperia V

Wait for the Process to complete.
Disconnect the device and reboot.



If you want to flash custom recovery images or other custom kernels,
Launch Flashtool
Click on Flash icon
Select Fastboot and click OK
Click Select kernel to Flash
Choose the recovery image or kernel file you want to flash. (Make sure its the one for your device)

Turn off your device
Connect the device to the PC while holding either of the buttons below.
HOLD MENU for Xperia ARC (S), NEO (V), PRO
HOLD SEARCH for Xperia PLAY
HOLD VOLUME UP for Xperia ACTIVE, MINI (pro),  RAY, Sola, Walkman, Xperia P, Xperia S, Xperia T, Xperia U, Xperia V

The flashing process will start.  (takes about 5secs to complete)
When you see OKAY, the process is complete.
Reboot your device.
