Here is a list of autoloaders for you to flash or upgrade blackberry Z10 smartphones.
To flash or upgrade your device with this files,
Download an install blackberry link (this contains drivers of blackberry 10 smartphone).
Backup your device with blackberry link.
Download the autoloader of your model (100-1/100-2/100-3/100-4).
Run the autoloader.
Remove the battery from the device.
Connect the device to your computer without battery.
The autoloader will detect and the device and start the installation.
Wait till the process complete and autoloader disappears from screen.
Insert your battery for phone to boot up.
