Samung S5 Spec Speculations

Have you ever being impressed by Samsung's previous Smartphone designs? I bet you will find this interesting. To compete with the eagerly expected iphone 6, is the Samsung S5. This device is expected to be launched by 24th February 2014  during the Mobile World Congress. The device is rumoured to have the following unique specs;

Operating System:Android 4.4 KitKat, TouchWiz UX MagazineFeatures: Air Gesture, Air View, Smart Scroll, Smart Pause, Stay Smart, Smart Rotation, Display Adapt, Adapt Sound, and more.
Processor: 64 bit Samsung Exynos processor 6 Octa, or Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 2.5GHz quad-core processor with Andreno 420 GPU
Memory: RAM- 3 GB or 4 GB internal storage: 32 GB or more External: SD card
